The taps ran dry a long time ago. Now every drop your Sim drinks, cooks with or washes in has to be caught, hauled or hoarded — a year of rationing rain and dew in a world where water is the most precious thing there is.

• Create a survivor, move onto an arid-feeling lot, and apply the **Off-the-Grid** lot trait so the water mains are genuinely gone.
• Build Mode → add **Off-the-Grid**.

✨ Specific rules

• Collect water only via dew collectors, rain barrels and hauling.
• Ration hygiene and cooking carefully around your supply.
• The water you gather is all you get.

• Roleplay sourcing every drop — set the lot Off-the-Grid (which cuts plumbed water) or remove all plumbing.
• Meet hygiene with sponge baths/primitive options; use `bb.moveobjects`.
