• Place an empty lot, set funds to exactly §20,000, and build within that — no topping up.

• The final lot value (build + furnishings) must stay under §20,000.
• No money cheats after the initial set.
• The home must be genuinely livable for a family.

• Include at least: a full kitchen, a bathroom, beds for four, and a living space.
• Every Sim's basic needs must be satisfiable in the home.
• `bb.moveobjects` for placement is fine; budget-bypassing cheats are not.

• Set a working build budget with `money`, as long as the finished lot values under §20,000.
