The 100 Baby Challenge
One mother.
Difficulty (1โ5 plumbobs): 1 Casual ยท 2 Moderate ยท 3 Hard ยท 4 Brutal ยท 5 Extreme
๐ The story
One mother. One hundred children. As few generations as humanly (or in-game-ly) possible. It's the most infamous challenge in the game for a reason: an endurance test of nappies, donors and sheer logistics where the matriarch does everything herself and the babies never stop coming.
๐ The goal
Give birth to **100 children** using as **few matriarchs as possible**. The run ends the instant the 100th child is born โ or the instant you break a rule.

๐ก Setup
๐ Getting started
- Create one young-adult matriarch who can get pregnant (any gender customisation that allows pregnancy; any traits/aspiration). Move her into any home she can afford. Turn **NPC auto-aging on** so the town keeps generating fresh donors.
โจ๏ธ Cheats to type
testingcheats truebb.moveobjects๐ General rules
- **No cheats** except `bb.moveobjects` (building) and resolving glitches. No money cheats; no mods that raise household size or pay child support.
- Aging on, normal lifespan.
- Raise every child properly โ you may never make room by neglect, death, or letting Social Services take a child.
โจ Specific rules
- **One donor, one child.** A Sim who has fathered one of your children can never be used again โ every child has a different father. Donors give **no** help: they don't move in, mind children, or provide money.
- The matriarch may only work a **work-from-home / freelance / self-employed** job โ no rabbit-hole career, no part-time. Teens may take part-time jobs to help.
- **No nanny or babysitter, ever.** Maids, gardeners and repair techs are allowed but must not do childcare; a butler must have childcare disabled.
- Children's traits are set by the **in-game randomiser** (you may pick aspirations to match). You may not influence a baby's gender.
- The matriarch can't marry while of child-bearing age; she may marry as an elder but must move out with her spouse.
- **Aging-up gates** (no rushing): newborns only on their birthday notification; toddlers at level 3 in all toddler skills; children/teens only with an A in school (plus a character value if you have Parenthood). Household holds a maximum of **seven children at a time**.
- **Succession:** when the matriarch becomes an elder and can no longer bear children, her **youngest daughter** becomes the next matriarch (you may move the elder out once that daughter is a young adult).
โ What you can do
- Find each father anywhere in the world; use Try for Baby or risky woohoo.
- Use MCCC (optional) to manage the townie dating pool.
- Move grown children out at young adult to make room, and promote the eldest daughter to matriarch when the current one can no longer give birth.
โ What you can't do
- Never use the same father twice.
- No nannies or babysitters โ the matriarch and older children raise every baby themselves.
- The matriarch may not hold a rabbit-hole job that pulls her from the kids (work-from-home only), and no money cheats in the purist version.

๐ฎ If you don't own the packs
Fully base-game. MCCC is an optional convenience mod for managing fathers, not a requirement.
๐ก Strategy tips
- The matriarch's income lifeline is selling **paintings, books or garden produce** from home โ set one up early, because she literally cannot hold a normal job.
- Chase **multiples**: the *Fertile* reward trait, the *On a Ley Line* lot trait, and the Wellness "Fertility Massage" all raise your odds of twins and triplets โ each multiple birth is two or three babies toward 100 from a single pregnancy, and fewer pregnancies means fewer matriarchs.
- Keep a written list of used donors so you never accidentally repeat one (an instant rule-break).

๐ฅ Want it harder?
- **Single-matriarch run:** reach 100 with only one mother, leaning entirely on multiples.
- Forbid maids and all hired help โ the matriarch does every chore as well as every nappy.
๐ Scoring
Your score is about **efficiency**: the fewer matriarchs (generations) you use to reach 100, the better. A single-matriarch run is near-impossible; two or three is an excellent result. The earlier "Cheesecake" ancestor of this challenge aimed for 100 in 50 births or fewer.
๐ญ Variations
The "**no-help hard mode**" (no maids at all), or a themed version where every child is named alphabetically or by birth order. ---
